POLICES & TERMS
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, wearing appropriate attire, and ensuring all participants are ready at the scheduled session time. Key Moments by Ke is not responsible for missed images due to late arrivals, uncooperative participants, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
By booking a session with Key Moments by Ke, you grant permission for photographs from your session to be used for my portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer to keep your session private, you must notify me in writing before your session. This policy does not apply to children under 18. Permission will always be requested from a parent or legal guardian before images of minors are shared.
POlicies
Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due before your final gallery is delivered.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours before your session. Reschedules are subject to availability. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to one future session at the photographer’s discretion. Cancellations made without notice or failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation without a refund.
Turnaround Time
Your edited gallery will be delivered within 7-10 business days unless otherwise communicated. Images are delivered through an online gallery where they can be viewed and downloaded.
